Pick up order guidelines:
  • Customers must have a mask on at all times
  • All transactions are prepaid or net terms
  • Prepaid credit card orders are only eligible for pick up
  • Hours of operation for Curbside Pick Up are 9am - 4pm EST
  • There is a 3-hour turnaround time for orders
  • Orders requiring same day pick up must be placed no later than 1pm that day
  • Pick up orders placed after 1pm will not be ready until after 9:00 am the following day
  • No rush orders can be processed for pick up
  • Returns will be accepted between the hours of 9am-4pm at our pick up door
  • Returns, changes to orders or inspecting of garments at the bay are not permissible
  • No access to the facility
