• Hours of operation: 8 AM - 6 PM, Monday through Friday
• Richmond Hill is now open for Pick-up. We are very excited to be offering this service again
  • Customers must have a mask on at all times
  • All transactions are prepaid or net terms
  • Unfortunately, we cannot accept any payments at the time of pick up
  • Hours of operation for Curbside Pick Up are
    11am - 4pm EST
  • There is a 3-hour turnaround time for orders
  • Orders Requiring same day Pick Up must be placed no later than 12pm that day. No rush orders can be processed for pick up
  • If you order by noon, you can get it the same day after 3. If you order after noon, it will not be ready until the following day after 11:00 am
  • No returns will be processed via the Pick Up Room. Please send all returns to alphabroder
  • Changes are not allowed to a pick up order when you arrive to pick up your order
• No COD transactions. No Debit Card Transactions. No Returns. No QC Inspecting of Garments at the bay door. No Changes to orders. No access to the Facility
